An Open Lecture “Principles of Public Administration (SIGMA Programme)” Held within the Erasmus+ Project
On 21 September 2026, as part of the implementation of the Erasmus+ CBHE project “Good Governance Practice: European Experience for Ukraine” (EG4HDCEEU4UI, No. 101237607, ERASMUS-EDU-2025-CBHE), coordinated by Dragomanov Ukrainian State University, an open lecture on “Principles of Public Administration (SIGMA Programme)” was held. The open lecture was delivered by Vitalii Stashuk, the project coordinator from Dragomanov Ukrainian State University and Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work (International Relations). The lecture was held online. The lecture formed part of the educational activities within the “Good Governance in the Context of the European Dimension” course developed within the Erasmus+ project. The course is aimed at developing higher education students’ knowledge and competencies in the field of good governance based on European experience. The lecture focused on the principles of public administration and European approaches to effective public administration. The topic corresponds to the content of the course curriculum, which includes the study of the European Union legal system, the European Administrative Space, and the basic principles of public administration developed by SIGMA/OECD. The open lecture was another practical step in the implementation of the “Good Governance in the Context of the European Dimension” course within the Erasmus+ project and in integrating European experience into the educational process of Ukrainian higher education institutions.
